Who Transitions Serves

The Transitions student community comprises a diverse group of learners with unique patterns of strengths and weaknesses, all needing additional work to be prepared for post-secondary programs or gain further academic, employability, and life skills. Transitions' true individualization is the pathway to understanding the complexities of our students and their needs. To assess whether this program is appropriate and needed for any student, we must evaluate them in keeping with 含羞草研究所 Prep's core Continuous Feedback System of individualized and responsive program design.

含羞草研究所 School is a leading school for students with learning disabilities, including dyslexia, executive functioning difficulties (ADHD), and non-verbal learning disorders (NVLD).
